As PMO for Hello bank!, you will work together with several people in our organization and at BNP Fortis level.

Function description:

- You will support the epic owners of Hello bank! to follow-up their projects in Agile Center and Clarity

- You will be present in steercos, prepare the minutes and follow-up on action points from the steercos

- You will work on the business case of the projects, in strong collaboration with the business responsible. You will update where needed the business case when the project evolves and will translate this into the economic assessment

- You will prepare documentation for the Investment Themes meetings, steercos, and other stakeholder meetings

- You will assist the portfolio manager of Hello bank! in creating a capacity planning of the different development teams, highlighting potential issues and forecasting together with the Product owners their staffing needs

- You will create dashboards and reportings required for the follow-up of the projects

Languages requirements: French, Dutch, English fluent
Experience: Since a certain degree of autonomy is required, you can demonstrate track records of 1 – 3 years in a similar role

Technical skills: Agile Center, Clarity, MS Office suite, Keynote Business experience: PMO mandatory, banking, Agile working Soft skills:

 You hold a master degree or equal through experience.

 You are very precise in your follow-up

 You’re definitely a team player but you can also work autonomously

 You’re stress resistant and able to prioritize well

 A taste for creativity and innovation is highly appreciated
